Howdens Joinery are looking for a Lead Configuration Analyst to take responsibility for end user computing.

Leading a small team who have a landscape of skills covering a breadth of technologies, across our Supply, Warehousing and over 800 Trade Depots, within the UK and Europe. This role could be based in our office in Brackmills Business Park or our Raunds office in Northamptonshire or our Howden office in Yorkshire.

What you will be doing:

Supporting technologies including 10k+ Windows Endpoints, 2k+ IOS/Android devices, OSX endpoints, Manufacturing line control PC, Warehouse scanning hardware, Point of Sale devices and multiple management platforms

Maintaining a strong security posture across the Client Enterprise infrastructure & Microsoft 365 platforms is key.

Close alignment with the Portfolio & Architect teams as a SME, there will be the responsibility to provide technical designs to support enterprise solutions.

A strong working relationship with all Business users is vital to understanding the user's requirements are being met.

Ensure the deliverables are focused around the IS Infrastructure Strategy and meet the business needs.

What we need from you:

Previous experience in client compute infrastructure - Hardware, Operating & Management Systems - (Ivanti, MECM, M365, Mobile Iron, Intune, SOTI, AD, Client Hardware, OS & AV)

Can demonstrate the competence & experience with managing & leading a team.

Self-starting & motivated, with the ability to stay aligned with fast-changing enterprise management technologies.
