Salesforce Developer - Oxford - Upto £80,000

My client are looking to hire a Salesforce Developer for their internal IT team.

THE ROLE

Ownership of all technical aspects of (url removed), including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom code

Responsible for developing in Visualforce, Apex, Java, and other technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirements

Technical leadership, setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement

Seek out ways to utilize SFDC to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace

Coaching junior salesforce developers within the team

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION:

Essential competency / experience:

4 years Salesforce Development experience using Apex, Lightning, Service Cloud,

Salesforce Certified Developer

.Net and Javascript development experience

Understanding of Agile development principles

Knowledge of Continuous Integration (CI) & Continuous Delivery (CD) processes.

Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs (any Azure/APIM experience beneficial)

Ensure that solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices and leverage standard CRM

functionality

Knowledge and experience of Salesforce environment management

Knowledge and application of Salesforce development best practices

Experience of architecture and design of complex applications within a Salesforce environment

Experience in Process Automation, Security configuration, Data Model creation, Reports and

Dashboards creation, Communities and (url removed) Sites, Single Sign On

Experience with Salesforce Lightning UI

Desirable competency / experience:

Experience with Office 365

Knowledge of SFDC architecture

Experience in Enterprise Applications

Strong object-oriented design and implementation experience

Strong technical acumen and ability to lead a development process

Proficient with technology-based tools and processes
