Service Desk Technician - Managed Services
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000
A successful recruitment agency is looking for a Service Desk Engineer to join their client's Managed Services team in Stockport.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing high-level technical support and troubleshooting for their client's customers who require assistance with their IT solutions.
The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with other teams in the organisation, including the sales and account management teams, to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide technical support to customers over the phone and via email
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
Liaise with other teams and departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Monitor and report on customer service levels
Provide feedback and advice on customer service issues
Skills and Requirements:
Proven experience in the IT industry
Knowledge of troubleshooting and resolving IT issues
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Experience working with IT tools and software (Office 365, Networking)
