I have a requirement for an experienced Infrastructure Architect to lead the design for a large-scale platform migration programme on behalf of a global Defence and Aviation organisation. This will in turn be supporting numerous government organisations as the end customer.

Location: Hybrid / Farnborough

IR35: Undetermined

Duration: 3-6 months+ starting no later than 1st March 2023

Clearance: NPPV3 or SC level as a minimum

Skills/Experience required:

5 years minimum as an Infrastructure Architect, preferably leading large-scale platform migrations

Strong experience with designing complex Infrastructure and Architecture (infrastructure, Network, Data Centre, Cloud)

Demonstrate the ability to take the lead on the design, integration and management of complex systems from an infrastructure and cloud-based solution perspective

Proven commercial experience with leading the design and migration of key platforms

Previous knowledge/experience of full system life-cycle projects is highly advantageous

Relevant industry recognised certifications which reflect your skill-set, are an expectation

If you have previously lead on the design for similar projects for government organisations, this is extremely beneficial

Current/valid clearance must be NVVP3 or SC as a minimum
