IT Helpdesk Support
We’ve got an excellent opportunity for an IT Support Technician to join one of our clients, and their small but growing Service Desk team.
Working in a team of three, this is a great chance to learn directly of some senior individuals as they ensure service is upheld well over 300+ users. As a result of their user base, you can guarantee that no two days will be the same.
In addition to excellent customer service skills and a naturally inquisitive approach to finding solutions for technical problems, you should have some knowledge of setting up new PC’s/laptops, general 1st Line support tickets and logging, completing and raising tickets through the Service Desk systems.
Generally, you should have a good knowledge of Windows technologies (Office 365, Sharepoint, Windows Server). Ideally you will have used a SaaS based Service Desk software like Zoho.

Please note, the shift pattern for this is generally 8am-4pm and you won’t be expected to work unusual hours. The role is based in Knutsford, and although they operate hybrid, they are looking for someone who can come in to the office four days per week.
