Role: IT Support Engineer

Location: Hemel Hempstead

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

I am looking for a talented and enthusiastic IT Support Engineer to join a well-established managed service provider based in Hemel Hempstead. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of IT projects and Technologies for small, medium, and large businesses.

As the IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing 2nd line support to clients by using the company's computer systems and networks. You will also be involved in implementing new IT projects and upgrades, as well as providing technical support internally and externally on a wide range of issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and experience working in an MSP environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* O365 environment - Office/ SharePoint/ Intune etc. Maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems and networks

* LAN/WAN and WLAN technologies

* Implementing new IT projects and upgrades

* Providing training and guidance to employees on the use of IT systems

* Participating in IT projects and providing input on technical solutions
