Melbreck Technical are working with a leading supplier and designer of connected technological solutions for a wide range of industries, who are based in Hook, Hampshire.
Due to a planned expansion within their technical function, they are looking to hire a Technical Support Engineer to join their business ASAP.
Technical Support Engineer – Role Overview:
The Technical Support Engineer will play a valuable role within the business by providing technical support to a large customer base via Phone and Email. In addition to supporting customers, the support team is actively involved in the selection, evaluation and technical ownership of cutting-edge new products & technology.
As part of an industry-leading support team, you will be become a champion of technology, demonstrating technical prowess over key product ranges, becoming the in-house subject matter experts that not only support customers but enables the business to thrive in its position as an award-winning technology partner in this space.
Technical Support Engineer – Candidate Requirements:
This role is an ideal fit if you are looking to enter an exciting & technical environment to massively expand your knowledge of IT & Smart Systems.
