My client, based in Braintree, Essex has a proven track record of delivering hi value services to their clients within the corporate hospitality market. They are growing their systems implementation team and require a person with IT systems implementation and administration skills
You will be working with the leadership team and Head of IT and your role will be to manage the delivery and administration of end-to-end EPOS solutions in stadia, leisure, corporate catering, hospitality, university campuses and NHS.
Role:
* Deliver, implement, project manage end to end EPOS systems with a customer focused environment throughout the UK
* Monitor and optimise system performance and troubleshoot technical issues
* Ensure security of network and data by implementing security measures and monitoring of potential breaches
* Plan and implement new IT solutions and projects, including software and hardware upgrades
* Provide technical support
* Keep up to date with new tech trends and advancements
* Ensure compliance with relevant laws, refutations and standards
* Participate in the design and development of new IT solutions and projects
* Work closely with other departments to understand their needs
* Assist with testing and debugging new solutions
* Liaise with stakeholders, management, clients IT and Network infrastructure teams
Skills required:
* Attention to detail with the ability to work within a small team
* Able to work in a busy environment
* 3 years or more in an IT administration / PM role
* Strong windows operating system knowledge
* Strong networking protocols and technologies knowledge
* Database management and administration experience
* Problem solving and analysis skills
* VMware and Hyper-V
