Java Developer - Up to £40K (DOE) - Hull - 100% remote

I am currently looking for a passionate Java Developer to join a well-established software company, located in Hull with remote working options and flexible working hours! This role will be ideal for a Java Developer who is looking to take the next step in their development career, by being given the chance to make the role their own and put ideas forward that they think will improve the websites and business.

The main focus of the role is to take ownership of a completely new project which will be building the backend system for the company's handheld gaming tablets. The opportunities are endless within the company as they have grown substantially within the last 10 years, since being taken over by a much larger company, and they show no signs of slowing down.

Responsibilities:

Design, build and maintain the backend system for the handheld gaming tablets

Management of the Java development

Continuous maintenance of the software for the gaming tablets
