Service Desk Engineer - Sheffield - £22-23K

An international construction supplier in Sheffield requires several Service Desk Engineers to join their amazing team in a first line capacity! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to get their foot in the door or take the next steps in their career!

This company provides many progression avenues for the exceptional performers with paths into 2nd / 3rd line support, AV Technician, and Field Engineering Roles. This company are always looking to promote from within before looking externally.

Suitable candidates should show some of the following:

Excellent customer service skills and ability to learn

Experience in resolving tickets under KPI's & SLA's

Understanding of Active Directory

Technical Skills with Windows, Exchange, Office 365, VMware, and Networking Technologies.

Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar role
