IT Support Technician - Leeds - £22-25K
We are partnered with an IT Support provider based in West Yorkshire, and we are looking for an experienced IT Support Technician to provide 1st and 2nd line support to schools across the local area.
To provide first and second line IT and AV support services to the schools' staff and pupils
Install and configure relevant software and physical or virtual hardware as appropriate, for example network devices, switches and routers.
Complete cabling tasks, for example coaxial, copper, fibre or remotely.
Administer mobile devices on a network
Configure, test, and deploy end user devices including laptops, tablets, desktop PCs, phones, and printers.
Manage (create, amend, delete and report) user accounts on all education systems including m365, Active Directory and other learning and administrative school systems.
Experience supporting desktop hardware & software, mobile phones, tablets and peripheral devices.
Good technical skills in managing domain users, knowledge of Azure/Intune/Endpoint Manager, Google Admin, or the ability to pick these up quickly
An understanding and experience of all versions of the Windows desktop operating system and Mac systems would be ideal plus an understanding of Windows server software and configuration.Essential: This role requires the applicant to have a full clean driving license
