Senitor Associates have an exciting new opportunity for a IT Infrastructure Team Lead to join a rapidly growing company in the professional services industry. Based in Manchester on a flexible hybrid basis, they are looking for a personable and organised individual to manage the 3rd line infrastructure. The role presents an excellent opportunity for career growth within a fast-growing company.

The role itself will entail:

Efficient management of the IT Support staff and systems

Responsibility for the 3rd line infrastructure

Resolving 3rd line queries when necessary

Being the technical support contact for end-users to understand their issues and support in resolution.

Skills:

Supporting and deploying Azure / Cloud technologies

VMware requied / Hyper-V / vSphere

Citrix

Windows Servers

Networking experience - desirable

Managerial experience (people and project)

Experience of Case Management software is highly desirable (but not essential)

For this role, you must be confident in people management and confident in liaising with 3rd parties. The role is a hybrid role with the requirement to be in the Manchester office 1 or 2 days a week. The working hours are flexible Monday - Friday.
