IT Support Specialist - Client Support

Salary: £30,000-£35,000

Environment: Hybrid

Location: Crawley, West Sussex

A market leading financial services provider are searching for dynamic IT support specialists to join their growing department. You will play an integral part in the IT Services team delivery strategy, supporting the internal customer use of IT hardware and software including AV systems. You will be performing 1st and 2nd line support duties to assist the IT Service team with day-to-day service desk requests.

Key responsibilities:

Support the Head of IT Services to deliver a 1st class service offering to internal customers

Apply and uphold a strong service delivery ethos ensuring that it surpasses the customer's expectations

Perform 1st and 2nd line service desk support duties for all Hardware, software and AV systems

Analyse and define user problems and coordinate with users to identify problems for the purpose of creating reliable technology solutions that increase employee productivity

Provide assistance to service desk members and other customers to secure easy and timely assistance in organisation for all levels

Preparing cases for escalation to 3rd line support team whilst maintaining the relationship with the customer until issue is closed

Develop and maintain relations with 3rd party support and vendors Key Skills:

Previously work within a dynamic IT Support environment

Proven experience managing direct customer requests and providing IT support

Technical experience/ or similar with:

MS Exchange 2010 / 2013

Windows Server 2012/ 2016

Office 365

Skype for Business

SCCM

TCP/IP Networking

Wireless technologies

Mobile devices

Backup and restore methodologies

Printer and copier management

Client hardware troubleshooting

Service Desk solutions

MS Office 2016

File sharing, permissions
