Mercury xRM Limited is a provider of market leading technology solutions to the recruitment industry. Its primary product is a custom solution for Microsoft Dynamics 365 which is aimed primarily at recruitment agencies and businesses within professional staffing sectors.

Responsibilities:

* Reports directly to the Projects Delivery Manager, working with the wider team in sales, support, development, data migration, training, implementation consultants, and technical consultants

* Responsible for the full ownership and end to end project management of MercuryxRM ATS (Applicant Tracking System) implementations, from post-sale, to handover to support and account management

* To assist in managing schedules, including prioritization of resources/projects in line with overall company objectives

* Responsible for planning, control, and delivery of our recruitment ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software solution which is based on Microsoft Dynamics. These projects must be managed within defined timeframes and high-level scope boundaries, ensuring the project is managed to remain within budget tolerances

* To own the strict control, management, and protection of customer and internal company data within multiple system environments

* Lead project engagements acting as the main go to for client communications and internal communications

* To lead by example on all projects, displaying professionalism, dedication, and a good work ethic, while maintaining the friendly, helpful, and expert role model that our customers have come to expect

* Recommend and encourage implementation and process best practice, maximizing the use of the system to help our customers to become more effective

* Ensure internal project resources of data migration engineers, implementation consultants, trainers, developers and technical consultants are fully up-to-date on key project details (understand the task required), that those resources are properly diarized (available), and have all required tools to achieve their task objectives

* Ensuring all projects are meeting quality targets as defined in technical/functional specifications

* Report on project status, tracking issues, actions and requests within all project communications

* Strictly managing change control within project boundaries

* Ensure successful project adoption by ensuring the best possible outcome from training by ensuring the right people are available, at the right time, in the right place

* Potential work with the pre-sales team consulting and helping to shape a potential project for success, being representative of the professional services team, but mindful of the need to increase customer numbers and sales, whilst still maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Key Experience & Skills Required:

The Project Manager is responsible for the following core activities: -

* Great communication skills are a must

* High focus on keeping administration up-to-date is a must

* The ability to work well within teams or self-motivated enough to work alone is essential

* Previous project management experience of software implementations within the recruitment, or a similar industry is beneficial

* A qualification in a recognised project management course is beneficial

* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is beneficial

* Experience within the recruitment industry is beneficial
