Role: 2nd Line Support Engineer

Salary: £35,000 DOE

Location: Nottingham (FULLY REMOTE)

I am looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join an award winning MSP in Nottingham, on a permanent basis. This business offers a high level of IT and Infrastructure Support and Solutions to various businesses across Nottingham - and now has a great opportunity for a driven and motivated IT Support professional to join the ranks. You will be welcomed into their close-knit team from day one and will provide you with the opportunity on the helpdesk, as well as onsite and leading projects when needed.

Role Requirements

** Provide a high level of 2nd line support - liaising with both the 1st and 3rd line engineers

** Respond to issues logged via the helpdesk in a timely and efficient manner

** Provide friendly yet professional support out on customer sites

** Work on and lead projects across various businesses

** Possess a drive to always develop yourself and your technical knowledge

** VMWare, Hyper-V

** Networking / Firewalls
