Product Manager | Norwich | Tech for Good | Up to £55k
We have an exciting opportunity that has presented itself with a ground-breaking climate tech company, who, due to exciting expansion plans, are now looking to recruit an experienced Product Manager to join the team.
Role summary:
You will be responsible for the lifecycle of product development from helping gather requirements and market analysis, through to product delivery and marketing. You will gather input from internal stakeholders, customers, market research and their own industry insight.
You will work closely with Development/Engineering and other teams to deliver products that align with the business vision, meet market needs, and are delivered to a consistently high-quality standard. You will be able to identify the main benefits and value of products. This will be used to create and maintain marketing plans and collateral (including web updates, product training materials, and sales training).
Responsibilities:
Manage the product throughout its lifecycle from concept to end-of-life.
Collect, manage and maintain traceability of requirements from all stakeholders across product releases.
Write Product Requirements and Market Requirements documents.
Perform product demos to customers and develop relationships in key clients.
Monitor, report and improve product performance.
Run trials and MVPs, develop and deliver go to market launch plans.
Commission market and competitor research.
Promote the product to sales teams through sales training sessions, webinars, newsletters, and other mechanisms.
Manage development projects to deliver to plan.
Collate feedback from sales and customers.

Able to report and deliver forecasting on a quarterly basis.
Able to self-manage own time and use initiative.

A good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Salary and benefits:
Salary between £40,000 to £55,000 depending on experience.
Profit share scheme at year end.
