Technical Delivery Manager - Hampshire - Windows, Azure, Office 365
Our client are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to lead a team of 2nd and 3rd line engineers, delivering infrastructure support services for its growing customer base and portfolio of infrastructure services.
Applicable candidates will have experience in Windows Server operating systems, server hardware, Azure, Office 365, networking and Virtualisation technologies. On offer is a key position working on a broad range of the latest technology, with a team of exceptional engineers.

Experience supporting large/enterprise level infrastructures
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to achieve prompt resolution
Strong experience of incident and problem management including 3rd party service providers
Capable of managing concurrent initiatives
Solid operational understanding of service management standards and tools; Minimum ITIL V3 Foundation qualified
Industry recognised qualifications are an advantage, including but not limited to Microsoft Certified (MCSA, MCSE)Your Key Responsibilities Will Be:
Lead a team of 2nd line and 3rd line engineers including line management, team/individual objective setting/appraisals, resource management, out-of-hours rota management, incident/request management, coaching, first/single point of contact/escalation point and being the lead technical member in the team.
Assist in the creation of service reviews with internal customers and external vendors/suppliers.
Be the Subject Matter Expert in several technologies managed within the team.
Lead on the installation, configuration, maintenance and support of infrastructure and systems used by our customers
Offer expertise within the team for the resolution of all technical incidents and problems
Proactively identify opportunities and create and deliver robust business case proposals to team Manager to improve reliability, stability, and efficiency
Instigate and orchestrate changes to infrastructure and systems, in line with change control processes
Work with the Technical Delivery Manager (Projects) to facilitate and assist with the management of medium/large technical projects and complex work packages into business-as-usual operations
Contribute with ideas and suggestions on continuous service improvement
Develop, produce, and maintain documentation and following procedures as required
Provide out of hours support for major incidents as part of an on-call rotaBenefits:
