Are you an IT Engineer who has experience delivering Office365 Migrations?

If so, we are looking for someone who is experienced on both 1st / 2nd Line Support, to join an established MSP based in the Edinburgh area.

On a day-to-day, you’ll be delivering first-class, frontline customer service and support working with a mix of onsite and remote users, adhering to SLAs and progressing escalated tickets to an appropriate solution when possible.

You will also be delivering Office 365 Migrations, so experience across Azure, InTune, Autopilot and Exchange is strongly desired.

Flexible working is on offer for the right candidate, but due to the nature of the role, some presence in the office is required.

In return, you can expect a salary between £35,000 - £45,000 in an environment where you can map out the next stages of your career.
