1st Line Support Engineer
Job Purpose:
Chippenham/Wiltshire growing business is looking to add an IT Support Analyst to their established team.
Taking daily technical calls on the service desk providing the highest standard of customer service, whilst aiming for first time resolutions on any logged issues. Ensuring the end users have working systems to carry out their day-to-day work.
Accountabilities:
Answering support calls to assist the end user with any technical issues using the various systems provided.
Take ownership of technical issues and any escalations to 2nd or 3rd line as necessary.
Carrying out software installs, troubleshooting and general IT support for day-to-day issues that may arise for end user.
Requirements:
3 years’ experience in an IT helpdesk environment and ticket logging.
Proven experience using active directory.
Experience with laptop/desktop builds.
Customer service experience.
Passion for IT and providing the highest standard of customer service.
Location: This is an office-based role Monday-Friday onsite in Chippenham.
Salary: £20-24k per annum + benefits
