Working exclusively with a favourite client of mine, I'm working alongside this market leading Agency on their search for an ambitious Product Owner to be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects to meet the needs of the end-user. You will essentially become "the voice" of the client and provide flawless product vision and direction. You will be an Agile evangelist - leading and facilitating Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups and planning meetings. You will be the guardian of the project scope and always managing (and sometimes exceeding!) client expectations - building strong relationships with your clients and managing stakeholders accordingly, is absolutely key to this role!

These guys are at absolutely at top of the game within their industry.. they've been building web and mobile apps for years, for some really big customers. There's quite simply nobody else in the East Midlands building the stuff that these guys are delivering and so... growth has been organic for them and they now boast a truly enviable client portfolio and they show no signs of slowing down. They have a VERY impressive client base.. I'm talking about some really big, well-known brands. Due to imminent new business wins - we are looking to recruit a lot of new blood into their talented tech team meaning this couldn't be a busy or more exciting time to join.

You'll join a cross-functional team made up of software engineers, UX/UI, QA and Solution Architects - An incredibly talented team made up of a genuinely great bunch of people - there are certainly no egos here, it's a close-knit team and they're proud of the culture they have created. It's one of openness, honesty where people work collaboratively. It's an environment where people take what they do seriously and really enjoy what they do but also know how to have fun at the same time.

It's an agency environment and one that naturally moves fast, so its super important that you absolutely thrive within this type of environment. You'll be used to working on various solutions at any one time and be able to work in a fast-paced environment where requirements may change at a moments notice.

This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to work from their beautiful offices in the heart of Nottingham City Centre at least 2-3 days per week.
