We are looking for experienced Dynamics professionals to join our team. As a member of this invaluable function you can expect to work with a range of different clients, receiving broad exposure within the D365 suite of products. You can also expect to receive a tailored development plan alongside for funding & support for any Microsoft-related accreditations you would like to pursue.

Some of the activities you can expect to be involved with include:

Conducting formal workshops with the clients to gather requirements, displaying knowledge of the business environment in defining the customer's needs.

Collaborating with Sales and Development to produce estimations for any additional solutions

Assisting in the high-level planning and implementation methodology of not only your projects but projects of others when requested.

Leading the functional design process.

Negotiating and managing the functional scope to reduce business and technical risks for both the client and Azzure IT.

Assist Solutions Architects and Software Developers with the creation of detailed Software Design Specifications.

Conduct training for clients and Azzure IT staff alike.Requirements

If you have the following, this would be an ideal role for you:

Completed Microsoft Certifications for Dynamics 365 Sales/Customer Engagement(MB2-715, MB2-716, MB2-717 or MB2-718 - or later equivalents)

Implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, (or previous CRM versions such as 2011, 2013, 2015 and 2016 CRM) No updated CV? No problem - send us what you have and we'll be in touch!

Benefits

£35K - £65K base salary package, dependent on experience
