Salesforce Developer - Oxfordshire (Hybrid) - GBP 65,000 - 75,000 DOE

A new and exciting position has recently become live with a specialist in the retail industry.

They are searching for a passionate and experienced Salesforce Developer to join their IT team on a permanent basis.

The successful applicant must have at least 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer. They will have a combination of experience, proven skills, and personal attributes.

This role is hybrid, meaning you will work on-site in Oxfordshire, twice a week. You must live in and have the right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities:

Work with Project Managers, Product Owners and other developers to design consistent development solutions and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment

Effectively communicate with non-technical audience to understand business needs and issues, and explain complex systems and technical topics in clear and concise manner

Support and maintain the corporate Salesforce instance

Be an active member of the Salesforce Centre of Excellence, working to continuously improve all elements of Salesforce delivery and support within the company

Conduct platform maintenance and environment management

Continuously expand Salesforce knowledgeRequired Knowledge:

2+ years Salesforce Development experience using Apex, Lightning, Service Cloud,

Salesforce Certified Developer

.Net and Javascript

Agile development principles

Continuous Integration (CI) & Continuous Delivery (CD) processes

Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs (any Azure/APIM experience beneficial)

Salesforce environment management

Salesforce development best practices

Experience of architecture and design of complex applications within a Salesforce environment

Experience in Process Automation, Security configuration, Data Model creation, Reports and Dashboards creation, Communities and (url removed) Sites, Single Sign On
