Role: IT Field Engineer

Location: Northampton

Salary: Up to £28,000 DOE**

An opportunity has come available with one of my clients looking for an IT Field Engineer to join their team. You you will provide support to schools and around Northampton Monday to Friday in a friendly and empowering team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

** Provide support both remotely and face to face to customers

** Provide advice to external customers

** Ensure issues are dealt with and resolved in an efficient and friendly manner

** To build and maintain rapport with customers

** To work across both BAU and Project work
