As an IT Risk & Continuity Analyst, your job will be to always make sure the business is prepared and equipped to deal with a variety of different emergencies, ensuring that both its platforms/services remain available to customers at all times as well as ensuring internal employees are safely able to carry on with their duties.

You'll be spotting potential risks, designing workarounds and solutions, setting up the process for specific situations and you'll be testing the viability of these solutions on a regular basis as well.

You'll be networking with stakeholders from all tech departments, and constantly adapting your solutions; and on top of all that, you'll have the potential to make a huge difference in the business and you'll also receive an eye watering performance-based bonus of 15-30% of your base salary while having the flexibility of doing all that good stuff from the comfort of your home up to 3 days a week, with just 2 days on-site.
