You will join the Modern Work Management team focusing on Microsoft PPM solutions such as Project Online, Project Operations, and Project for the Web. You will be taking the lead in a delivery role analysing business requirements and implementing solutions to customers.
We're interested in speaking with individuals from a range of different backgrounds, that have experience working with and delivering PPM software solutions.
You have a proven background of working in either a PPM Consultant, IT Project Management, or Programme Manager role, where you have experience in either:
Microsoft Project Online, Project for the Web, Project Operations, Project Server or similar PPM software solutions (such as Oracle etc..).
Strong experience in working with customers and understanding their business requirements and proposing solutions to meet their needs.
Knowledge of and desire to further learn the Power Platform technologies
Any experience with Microsoft D365 would be beneficial, but not essential.
Excellent presentation and customer relationship-building skills. You love to work with people and are excited by constant new challenges.
A self-starter, keen to learn and further develop their knowledge, with a 'make it happen' attitude
Experience managing client expectations with the ability to foster strong teamwork
Experience in a highly customer facing role including managing customers when there are issues, acting with credibility and professionalism as well as giving confidence to customers on the actions being taken
Excellent Collaboration skills. This role will see you work with multiple sectors of the business and we need you to have excellent relationship and collaboration skills.
