Networkers has a new opportunity for an Engineering Manager with a well-established yet expanding company who build software for companies in the finance industry. They are a software centric company going through massive growth (VC Series 3 currently).

The role involves building, growing, and managing a team of around 8 developers at differing levels of experience. You would report to the Director of Engineering. The tech stack is a mix of .NET Core, C#, .NET Framework and Angular/TypeScript (they are also moving from Monolith to Microservices). There are fantastic progression opportunities available, flexible working and big expansion plans plus much more.

Desirable skills/experience:

Mentoring / coaching skills

Ability to carry out code reviews

Able to be hands on if needed

Experience with .NET Core

Experience in SaaS / product companies

Full Stack experience

Experience being involved in a migration from Monolith to Microservices architecture (NOT ESSENTIAL)

Cloud experience/knowledge
