Opportunity to work with stakeholders at various levels of the organisation to understand existing business processes and put forward suggestions on how these could be improved.

Gather requirements, document system specifications, author technical specifications, produce functional designs in order for development teams to create and implement improvements to information systems.

To work in partnership with staff and suppliers to ensure smooth rollout, implementation and support for information systems.

To develop in-depth knowledge of specific business areas in order to provide expert advice and guidance and act as a point of reference for this area.Experience

Extensive experience of working with stakeholders at all levels to analyse/document business processes and develop solutions to maximise process efficiency

Experience in producing business cases to support decision making and project prioritisation

Experience of requirements gathering

Experience of developing technical specifications

Experience with using process mapping software

Experience of providing a quality service in a pressurised environmentPersonal Qualities
