JOB TITLE: Workflow Data Analyst

SALARY: £29,377.00

HOURS: Full Time Permanent

LOCATION: Belper, Derbyshire

THE ROLE:

" Collating and analyzing data from various systems and sources to provide accurate reporting of planned and forecasted workflows and types.

" Deliver daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reports and calculations.

" Liaising with the Senior Data Analyst and Workflow Controller to provide an effective forecast and delivery of pre- planned workload.

" Provide data and insight into resource capabilities against demand to create an effective schedule for pre- planned workload.

" Tracking customers booking trends, preferences, and responses by geographical area

" Utilizing Salesforce, Vonage, Excel, and Power BI reporting to identify opportunities and areas for business development.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

" Will have previous experience in data analysis and trend forecasting

" Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

" Excellent organization skills

" Experience in SalesForce and PowerPoint
