Infrastructure Support - Azure / Windows Server / 365 - Spalding - £20-25K

An exciting company in Spalding is looking to recruit an Infrastructure Support Engineer to join their growing Infrastructure team. It is a fantastic time to join this company as they are growing at a fast rate, have lots of exciting projects lined up and offer excellent benefits and development opportunities.

The role will involve a hybrid working arrangement, with the expectation to be in the office just 3 days a week. This is a really varied and interesting role where you will have the opportunity to get involved with project work, networking, liaising with vendors, automating systems wherever possible and documenting standard procedures and protocols, so there will be plenty of opportunities to develop your skills and widen your competence base under a team of experienced IT Support and Infrastructure experts.

Job summary:

Provide technical support to external suppliers and internal staff

Monitor and support Windows Servers / Hyper-V environment

Provide Hardware support

Provide Software support

Carry out system health checks

Working on their helpdesk ensuring tickets are resolved in a timely manner

Skills and Experience required:

Azure

Hyper-V

Office 365

Software installations

Hardware support

Active Directory

Basic SQL knowledge

Troubleshooting

Basic understanding of Networking

Full UK Driving Licence
