IT Infrastructure engineer needed with experience of Azure / Hybrid Cloud needed for this large professional services organisation. Working as part of their core infrastructure team the role will involve supporting and enhancing their hybrid cloud environments as well as significant project work.

The role sits as part of a wider team working across a range of products and systems within the Datacentre & Cloud stack.

Technically a good mix of the following is needed:

Excellent knowledge of Azure Infrastructure and services (compute, storage, and networking)

Strong knowledge of CI/CD style automation using IaC deployment tools – Terraform primarily but not limited to ARM, Powershell or other tooling

Experience of working in a hybrid cloud environmentAny knowledge or experience of these would be a real advantage:

Azure Certifications

WVD / AVD

A basic knowledge of building and managing Azure Data factory, Data Lake, Databricks, Azure Logic Apps

Containerisation knowledge and experience

AWS (Amazon Web Services), GCP experience, multi cloud setups

Office 365 Administration
