Sales Support Coordinator, £25,000 + £1000pm commission

FULLY REMOTE

An opportunity has arisen with this market leading software training company to join their inside sales team as a Sales Support Coordinator. This will initially be on a 12 months Maternity Cover contract but could potentially lead to a permanent position as the team is expanding. Working predominately in a close knit team of 3 - you will also work alongside the wider sales team. This role is set up to be fully remote.

The role:

You will manage incoming enquiries and the associated pre and post sales process right through to effective client retention activities. You will have an eye for detail, with the ability to plan and manage your workload.

Key responsibilities:

* Planning and prioritising sales support activities and customer / prospect contact towards achieving agreed

sales targets.

* Following up all incoming leads on a timely basis and capturing details of each prospect accurately on the customer database.

* Sending appropriate information and tracking progress of all subscription renewals within assigned customer group.

* Ensuring all post sales activities are carried out effectively in a timely fashion.

* Dealing with customer enquiries and providing quotations, information and supporting literature.

* Taking orders and liaising with Order Processing to ensure they are fulfilled.

* Supporting the overall sales team and the service delivery team in meeting customer needs.

* Liaising with suppliers and distributors to maintain product and price lists.

The ideal candidate will be customer focused, be able to build and retain customer relationships, be able to demonstrate sounds decision making skills, commercially aware with the ability to solve problems
