My client who specialises in commercial properties with sites up and down the UK now have an opening in their Peterborough office for a Telecoms Support Engineer who will be joining an established busy team to provide support to a range of businesses. Skills from you:

** Basic Understanding of Networking Topology, Terminology and VoIP deliverance.

** Experience with proven track record in B2B and or B2C

** Strong MS Office Skills

Roles and Responsibilities:

** As a Telecoms Support you will be responsible for the oversight of onboarding new business generated via the sales team

** Managing multiple sites telecom requirement nationwide you will be responsible for delivering against performance targets. You will need to be a team player and able to develop strong internal networks to deliver customer requirements

** Also provide ad-hoc support to receive calls from customers
