In this role you will be responsible for providing technical customer support whilst having strong commercial experience and a good understanding of MS Azure, MySQL, MS SQL and IIS. You will ideally have previous commercial experience providing technical support and supporting business-related software, as well as having a drive to learn and the ability to work within a busy professional services environment.
You will be a team player who is able to work effectively within a team environment, have the ability to confidently communicate with customers and clients, ensuring standards are kept throughout and targets are met. In this role you will deliver high quality technical support to help shape the onward direction of solutions externally, calling upon your great knowledge and expertise to continue the company's successes.

- Must have experience in a Technical Software Based Role
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to diagnose faults
- Strong Experience using MS Azure Platform
- Good Experience with IIS, MySQL and MS SQL
- Knowledge of Accounting Software is desired but not essential.
