An internal FinTech for an FTSE100 is kicking off a major Digital overhaul of their product and looking to be a first mover, a digital tech disruptor within their market.

It is creating first of its kind Digital Identity, AI-Based and M/L Data-driven Decision making platform for the business; one that hasn’t been seen before within their sector.

Working with the latest Tech (Node AWS Lambda Event Driven Architecture) we are looking for a Tech lead to build their own team, lead on the product development, mentor in best practice and chip in occasionally with code where necessary.

Unlike most greenfield FinTech, this one has the stability of being part of an FTSE100, the backing of a Senior Tech leadership team who have a track record of disrupting industries using Tech the right way and a healthy balance sheet to support the vision.

All we need is you – a Tech leader, with a passion for pushing the boundaries on what has been done before, investigating the right tech for the right job and baking that into your newly chosen team!

We’d like you to have some experience in the following:

* Node.js

* React SPA

* AWS - Lambda \ Serverless Architecture

* Event Driven approach

* Mentored and built Tech teams

* Implemented \ Championed processes such as TDD

* Understanding of Infrastructure as code, DevOps Pipelines
