As a Service Delivery Manager within a newly formed team, your inquisitive personality will be invaluable as you'll have the real hunger to dig deep into the requirements of technical teams. You will drive change and improvement on a regular basis.

You'll likely be coming from an ITIL based role, and as such will likely hold an ITIL V3/V4 qualification, and have some practical experience with global ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or Remedy.

You don't need to currently be in a Service Delivery Manager role - you may be in an Incident, Problem or Change job. If you believe you have the ability to move into this role, I want to speak to you.
