Proclaim Assistant - fully remote or hybrid

Are you well versed with the backend of Proclaim? If so, this role could be for you. We are looking for somoene to join the team and work along side and support the experienced Proclaim developer.

This would be a great next step for someone who has some of the fundamentals needed to work with the Proclaim backend but wants to really advance their skills. As the Proclaim assistant you are expected to act as an advisor and consultant to ensure the business is using the most appropriate tools in the most effective way.

This role can be fully remote or hybird working. Their offices is based in Birmingham.

Key Skills

Acting as a technical expert for the Proclaim system and underlying technologies including Progress databases

Developing, configuring, and maintaining the Proclaim case management system

Working with the business at all levels to identify temporary workarounds and process changes as needed to meet changing requirements
