IT Systems Project Administrator

A fantastic opportunity for an IT Systems Project Administrator to help coordinate IT Projects for an international travel company.

This role would suit a Graduate with a computing-related degree who has worked within a project management or project coordination type role as part of a year in industry, or held similar commercial internships/employment. We would also be very keen to hear from experienced Systems Project Administrators. Reporting to the Systems Project Manager you will be involved in all aspects of the project life cycle including requirements gathering, scoping, evaluating solutions, testing, delivery, training and providing ongoing support/documentation.

Location – Ipswich

Salary – £25,000 -£35,000 per annum depending on experience + benefits

Requirements for IT Systems Project Administrator

* Ideally, you will be degree educated with a computing based degree

* Good exposure to IT project management within a junior project management / project administrator role

* Fantastic organisational skills

* Great communication skills – this role will be highly interactive with stakeholders

* Self-starter, reliable and customer focused

Responsibilities for IT Systems Project Administrator

* Support the business project teams by delivering projects, implementing business processes, and providing training and documentation

* Define and gather requirements for planning and delivering projects

* Communicate across the business on changes within business processes

* Liaise with internal/external tech teams to assist in delivery of technical options

* Coordinate and attend meetings

* Report writing
