Service Desk Analyst - Welsh speaker
Cardiff - hybrid working.
Up to £21,500 per annum + benefits
Are you the person people turn to when they have an issue with their device? Have you experience of talking people through issues both in person and over the phone/email? If so then we need you!
Our client needs a Service Desk Analyst to join and help their end users understand how to use the clients internal and external systems, to register correctly and to make sure that the end user can access the information as prescribed to them.
You won't be alone when speaking to the end user's, you will have a dedicated IT support team who can help also should the issue become complicated, and you will be provided a user guide to refer to when encountering various issues from login issues to install issues on laptops, mobiles and ipads.
Experience required:
The ideal candidate will come from a strong service background, someone who has experience of talking customers through various issues or advising how to operate certain tools without being present.
Strong customer service skills
General understanding of technology, or ideally worked withing an IT support position previously.
