3rd Line Support Engineer
Based in Fareham, Hampshire
£35,000 - £43,000 + 10% DV Bonus
Must be eligible for Security Clearance
Hours of support are (Apply online only) per week on a split shift, rotated weekly as directed by team lead to cover 37 hours. Example shift pattern will be (Apply online only) & (Apply online only).
We are looking for a 3rd line support technician to provide technical support and solutions to legacy and future training systems. You will need to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by clarifying the customers' needs and ensure they are met whilst working within your agreed support role as defined by your Team Lead.
Your experience
Understanding of IT support and infrastructure, team working. Good knowledge and experience of the following technologies:
SCCM/SCOM Malware
DHCP
DNS
WINS
Group Policy objects Virtualisation (Hyper V / VMWare)
McAfee
