We are going through an exciting period of growth and our Global IT Operations are essential to our growth ambitions. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a positive outlook to head our Global IT Operations which carries responsibility for all aspects of Triumph’s global Infrastructure and Service Desk activities, ensuring that our systems and services are always available and perform in line with user expectations.

Whilst excellent technical skills are advantageous, this role calls for a high level of strategic consideration, looking to drive the performance and delivery of Triumph’s IT function forward. Along with this, the ability to provide clear leadership and hence prioritise and oversee the successful delivery of projects in a very busy and complex environment is critical.

The role will involve significant interaction with business users hence a strong personal commitment to deliver excellent customer service and the ability to communicate and empathise with non-technical staff is essential.Full details of the job description and person specification can be found in the downloadable job files.
