They are looking to complement their hard-working and talented IT department with an ambitious and determined Software Developer.

This position will be best suited to a full stack developer, who likes to be challenged in terms of both technical and soft skills and who enjoys working on their own or within small teams.

You will be working on Projects with following technologies:

* Proclaim: an industry leading case management system, it has its own development environment, training will be facilitated by us where needed

* .NET: utilised for our internal applications and integration apps

* Mobile development

* Web development

Proclaim projects are going to account for 40-80% of your workload – Proclaim experience is not essential though.

Your role will be:

Developing software solutions following SCRUM/Agile methodology

Investigating problem areas and identifying business needs

Establishing operational feasibility of proposed solutions

Documenting and demonstrating solutions

Provide time and resource estimates to assist in the planning of projects.

Creating flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code

Preparing deployment plans for developed solutions

Conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures

Protecting operations by keeping information confidential.

Providing training and demonstrations

Collaborate effectively with other technical teams to exploit new technologies to enhance the applications and service infrastructure

Assist the Operations team with service launches by providing timely adoption documentation, training, and assistance with problem resolution

What will you bring to the role?

The Essential skills are:

* 2 years’ experience in one or more major programming languages (.NET (C#, VB), PHP, JavaScript, C/C++)

* Event-Driven systems design

* Commercial experience using Microsoft Azure or one of the other top cloud providers.

* An appreciation of good user experience and prepared to be the users’ advocate

* A track record of producing maintainable code

* Ability to rapidly acquire new software skills and to work with new technologies

* SQL Server

* MySQL

* Great communication skills

* Teamwork

Leadership

Software architecture design

A solid understanding of software testing (Unit, Integration, E2E, etc) and Test-Driven Development

WordPress, Drupal, and Web development

Microsoft Visio

Mobile development experience
