Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday – Thursday 9:00 – 17:30, Friday 9:00 – 17:00 with 1 hour lunch
break unpaid.
Job Description
The The companyis a Managed service provider for IT & Print with a recent opening to join our fantastic
team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to come on board with a technology

customers require.
This role will be supporting the service process to ensure complete customer service satisfaction,
within contractual SLA’s. Working to support our Managed IT & Printer service teams, with efficient
and accurate data capture and processing being essential to facilitate the high standard of customer
experience we deliver.
Keeping the customer at the centre of everything we do, the right candidate will be
involved in:
• Manage and control, remote monitoring systems for effective, pre-emptive customer service
delivery
• Develop customer relationships to enable service account management
• Ordering and tracking of ongoing support contract goods and services
• Processing deliveries of service stock items and customer orders
• Supporting Managed IT users with MFA set ups
• Base level Support ticket triage
• IT Database documentation and data entry management
• Managing and maintaining our 3rd party service providers to ensure effective service delivery
• Supporting the ongoing customer service requirements
• First point in answering inbound calls in a timely and professional manner
• Always maintain a professional manner and follow all relevant data protection laws,
guidelines and company policies including GDPR.
• Other administrative task as and when required to assist with the support of delivery service
to our customers.
Candidate Requirements
The following requirements are essential:

• Demonstratable experience using MS Office including - Excel, Word, teams and Outlook
• Able to work independently and manage individual deadlines

• Able to ask relevant questions to deepen understanding of processes, and continually
suggest improvements
• Strong Administration ability with an interest or understanding of IT
• 5 GCSE’s including English and Maths at grade 4 or above or equivalent qualification
The following requirements are desirable:
• Prior industry experience within managed IT and Print
• Industry experience with VoIP Services.
• Experience using business management systems (Connectwise, Copy Control or similar)
• Experience using Xero Accounts package
• Experience using IT Documentation package (IT Glue or similar)
• 1 year+ office experience
