Elevation Recruitment Group are pleased to be working with a leading manufacturing business in Sheffield (initially site based role) as they look to recruit a Business System Analyst.

As Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering onsite support, expertise and requirements gathering for the ERP system.

This is a brand-new role to the business and gives the successful candidate a real opportunity to add real value and become part of this highly successful and progressive organisation.

Key duties & Responsibilities:

* Support of the company's ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics)

* Lead on the continued development of the ERP system

* Work with the wider IT team - passing specs for development and liaising on support requests

* Carry out minor system customisation and report writing

* Data analysis and manipulation

* Systems testing

* Ad-hoc analysis as required by the business

* Become the company wide ERP "guru" providing support, advice and training where needed

We are keen to speak with System specialists with the following skills & experience:

* Experience of supporting an ERP system, ideally Microsoft Dynamics

* Report writing experience (Power BI)

* Data analysis skills

* The ability to work with people at all levels

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

* A willingness to learn and develop

* The ability to work under your own initiative as well as part of a team

* Great attention to detail with a logical, methodical approach
