100% remote. 1st line service desk support / technical support analyst (afternoon & evening work) required by this hugely successful global systems provider.
-- Remote support to commercial clients
-- 1st line - IT hardware / systems and software applications support (not triaging; this is actual technical support)
Candidates need to be:
-- Engaging and have excellent client handling abilities
-- Have good general IT skills, ideally gained through similar IT helpdesk support experience
(Otherwise proven customer service skills with a demonstrable ability to provide IT support).
-- The ability to work the below hours from home
Permanent position - Monday to Friday only, on a rotating shift system: 1pm-10pm / 3pm-midnight / 4.30pm-1.30am. 1hr for lunch.
The role can be performed 100% remotely.
