Absolute Executive Search are looking for a Contract Systems Analyst to join a growing organisation based near Stanstead.
The Contract Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to users as they navigate and utilise the CRM platform. This includes answering user questions, troubleshooting issues, and helping users understand and make the most of the CRM's features and functionality.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and assistance to users of the Microdec Profile CRM platform
Answer user questions and troubleshoot issues as they arise
Assist users in understanding and utilising the various features and functionality of the CRM
Monitor user activity and identify areas where additional support may be needed
Document and track user inquiries and issues
Participate in the development and implementation of training materials and programs for users
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the CRM platform and user experience
Utilize PowerBI to create and maintain reports and dashboards for the CRM
Use SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyse data from the CRM
Requirements:
Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Microdec Profile
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find solutions
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including PowerBI and SQL
Experience working in a technical support or customer service role
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Experience with PowerBI and SQL is highly preferred.
Hours:-
8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday - Hybrid working is offered.
Salary/Pay:-
£45000 to £60000 (Or equivalent in day rate.)
This is a contract role for a minimum of 3 months.
