Absolute Executive Search are delighted to working for a growing organisation who are looking for a Operations System Analyst to join their friendly team.

Reporting directly to the Group IT Manager, this is a pro-active role, which requires the person to also be responsible for supporting and overseeing business processes and procedures to ensure the integrity and smooth running of company software.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:-

Champion the organisations applications and processes to highlight the key benefits thereof and working closely with Operations driving adoption and ensuring people are engaged.

Working within the organisations expanding IT team that is central to the business, you will liaise with and support the team from an Operations perspective.

Liaise with the senior team and business on how their processes could be improved with technology and process improvement.

Actively look for areas of improvement and potential future operational business requirements to enable the IT Business Services to respond effectively and timely.

Working with both senior teams as well as different aspects of the business.

Focus on IT buy in and drive engagement of current and new applications and processes.

Manage both internal and external suppliers with strong stakeholder communication and management

Business Systems Project support and management including scoping, provide analysis of project process, risks and cost as part of the business methodology adopted.

Database experience in SQL is desirable but not essential.

Key Requirements:-

Proven working background in Project Management & delivery

Change management experience

Able to influence at all levels.

Excellent communication skills.

Data quality & attention to detail mindset

Hands on approach

Able to prioritise tasks.

Process driven

Good experience in continuous improvement.

Willing to travel to various locations in the UK when required.

Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday

This is a hybrid role.

Salary: £45k to £50k

Plus car allowance
