Due to growth, they're looking for an Agile Delivery Lead/ Scrum Master. 

As an Agile Delivery Lead / Scrum Master you will lead agile ways of working, set up tooling and embed ways of working. Manage the delivery flow of a team, driving the pace and tempo. Drive the team's effectiveness and measure and understand delivery metrics. Adapt and reflect when measuring and evaluating outcomes. Present and convey business problems and make appropriate recommendations. Address internal and external risks, issues and dependencies. Use data to inform planning and to provide delivery confidence and predictability. Remove blockers and impediments and ensure a clear path. Ensure teams plan appropriately for their capacity.
