Job Description

Spectrum IT's client are currently in the process of transforming their digital platform where their app is built and delivered upon with a new methodology, technology and updated processes. As the Contract Salesforce Test Analyst they are looking for an experienced contract tester with expertise in Salesforce to help transform the technology stack. Experience testing MuleSoft and Zuora is a strong plus.

Please note this position is Inside IR35 and is via an FCSA Umbrella Company engagement only.

Responsibilities:

Manual testing of all functional changes primarily within Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Zuora

Manual regression testing across systems affected.

Exploratory testing release builds

Desktop, mobile web and mobile app testing

Hold 'Three Amigos' requirements gathering in collaboration with the development team and business stakeholders (such as the BAs, PMs, etc.)

Capture BDD style requirements in the Gherkin format

Gain a good and wide understanding of all systems used and offer useful insights during requirements gathering. Test Automation in (Nice to Have)

Create and maintain the test suites for your area(s) of responsibility, including Salesforce, MuleSoft, and Zuora

Help define the technical standards the automation suites are to be designed to, and ensure compliance to standards.

Understand test requirements from all business stakeholders.

Automation will use some or all of the following: C#, TypeScript, JavaScript

Utilising a Page Object Model approach to UI testing

Create backend system automation via APIs and SQL

Build towards a future testing model where most functional and regression testing is covered via automation.

WebdriverIO framework experience desirable

Docker experience desirableSystem Experience

Salesforce Experience is a must

MuleSoft experience is highly desirable.
