Very pleased to be recruiting a Senior Developer for one of Norfolk's leading furniture brands. They're after somebody that can deliver, maintain and fix software solutions in line with the company strategy as directed by the Head of Software.

Due to growth within the business over the past year they have appointed a new Head of Software Development who in turn has decided that they need a Senior member of the Team in order to move forward.

Your key responsibilities include:

* Develop solutions across the business' tech stack

* Develop appropriate tests to ensure the ongoing high quality of code delivery

* Awareness of risks and mitigation practices to ensure efficient design and solution delivery

* Take ownership in all aspects of work

* Ensures appropriate documentation accompanies all development work

* Work closely with stakeholders and Business Analysts to ensure solutions are fit for requirements

* Assist in training of new Development staff

* Maintains monitoring of solutions and services, proactively seeking solutions in a timely manner

* Has commercial nous

* Commercial mindset

The skills that they're looking for:

* Significant C#, MS SQL, RESTful APIs / Web Services experience

* Proficient with Next.JS, React, Typescript, HTML, CSS

* Cloud experience for example Azure

* Knowledge of Web Development practices

* Adept using Jira/Confluence

* Excellent problem solving skills

* Full SDLC experience

* Knowledge of SOLID, unit testing
