You will be answering the phone and logging tickets, ensuring the caller is reassured their problem with be fixed. Build relationships with clients and gain a natural satisfaction of helping those in need. Given training, you will be able to resolve issues is the best, quality driven way helping you gain a strong understanding of how IT Support should be done.
